Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. LUXE STORE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
